Like most hotels, we have regulated check-in and check-out times. The room is available from 3 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room by 11 AM. If these times are not convenient, you can book alternative time slots subject to availability, for an additional charge.

Our reception is staffed 24/7. If we can fulfill a personal wish for you, please do not hesitate to contact us. But why wait until arrival to share your personal wishes? All of our loft suites are designed to be accessible and one loft in particular (Loft L) is fully equipped to meet the needs of guests with disabilities, with a specially adapted bed and bathroom. All areas of the hotel are accessible. Disabled parking spaces are available directly in front of the building. Please note that there is a parking fee of €7.50 per night. If you would like a suitable loft, please indicate this when booking.

We serve breakfast as a buffet – on weekdays from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM and on weekends and holidays from 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM.

For our varied breakfast buffet with many regional products, we charge 19.00 EUR per person per day. External guests are also very welcome – for them, we charge 25.00 EUR per person.

You can reach us by bike, car or public transport. The hotel is centrally located in Brunsbüttel. If you’re travelling by train, the final stage from Itzehoe must be completed by bus. If you’re travelling by car, you can either use the B5 high bridge or the ferry to cross the canal (when coming from the south). Guest moorings for (sailing) boats are available at the lock or in the Old Marina.

Full charge ahead! We have six modern electric charging points available for your vehicle in the hotel’s own car park. Please note that these are operated by an external provider. This means you can conveniently charge your electric car during your stay. It’s simple, super-convenient and completely stress-free.

Our hotel has its own parking lot. The cost is 1.00 EUR per hour and 7.50 EUR for 24 hours. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel, you will find additional free parking options.

Our "Co-Working Space" is open 24/7. Here, hotel guests and locals mix. If you want to use the area exclusively, please contact our crew!

You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend to our hotel, and dogs are generally welcome here. Please understand that we do need to limit the number of dogs somewhat. Only one dog is permitted per loft, and generally only selected lofts are available for stays with dogs. The relevant categories will be displayed directly when you book online. We charge 20.00€ per day for your dog. We’re sure you’ll understand that we’ll inspect your room after your departure and charge for any necessary extra cleaning. We also ask that you keep your dog on a lead at all times in the public areas of our hotel.

You can also give us as a gift! We are happy to personalize vouchers on request. Vouchers can be purchased at reception or directly here on our homepage.

We are very pleased that our culinary offerings are well received. Therefore, we ask for table reservations - gladly even before arrival.
